About the Role

I'm partnering with a global leader in supply chain and logistics to hire a Key Customer Success Manager (Direct Hire) focused on managing and growing high-value, strategic accounts.

This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on building executive relationships, driving measurable value, and influencing complex supply chain solutions across enterprise-level customers.

What You'll Do
  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnership success
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, leading regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Develop and execute account strategies that improve performance, optimize supply chain solutions, and expand services
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver results, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless global execution
What They're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree + 4+ years in customer success, account management in 3PL or 4PL logistics/supply chain
  • Strong experience managing complex client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Financial and business acumen with exposure to revenue ownership, forecasting, or account performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
Additional Details
  • Hybrid role (4 days onsite in Chicago Central / Lincoln Park)
  • Up to 25% travel (domestic + occasional international)
  • High-impact position supporting enterprise-level clients and innovative supply chain solutions
  • Salary: $90-130K base + 20% bonus
