A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a
Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Walnut Creek office. This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys and office operations in a collaborative, professional environment while gaining exposure to legal, administrative, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to attorneys and office personnel.
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Edit and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
- Manage CRM updates, contact lists, expense reports, and administrative projects.
- Track CLE requirements, memberships, and attorney registrations.
- Handle time entry, engagement letters, and notary responsibilities.
- Assist with office operations and special projects as needed.
Qualifications - Prior administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; iManage experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Must be local to the Walnut Creek area and able to work onsite during the training period.
