What you will do

Legal & Compliance Technical Product Manager

The Enterprise Legal & Compliance Technical Product Manager is responsible for playing a crucial part in driving the successful vision, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Legal & Compliance Technology solutions. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert, you will lead, manage and collaborate with global business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering seamless and efficient legal & compliance operations experiences as well as outcomes that matter for our people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define vision, goals, and objective for the enterprise legal products

  • Co-shape strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery & roadmaps

  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement and optimization through Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence

  • Ensure governance and demand management processes are in place

  • Perform business analysis; map current and future states, assess and translate business requirements into technical options and solutions

  • Build and maintain product backlogs aligned to roadmaps

  • Manage design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions

  • Manage build and maintenance of integrations in alignment with Enterprise standards

  • Leverage and deploy existing enterprise solutions and capabilities into new markets

  • Create and maintain SDLC documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including relevant security, and privacy standards

  • Create and execute test scripts and assist business with user acceptance testing

  • Track and manage technical debt

  • Ensure sustainable support models are implemented, measured and optimized ensuring root cause analysis

  • Manage relationships with legal technology vendors, ensuring effective utilization of technology solutions

  • Perform archiving and decommissioning of applications and data


What we are looking for

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field Minimum of 10-13 years of experience in Technology and Product Management (Legal and/or Compliance preferred)

    • Understanding of regional complexities & regulations to deploy global legal systems

    • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and successful project delivery

    • Experience with Agile software development processes

    • Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels in the organization

    • Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors and consultants
