About the Role

LHH is seeking a Legal Assistant for a long-term temporary hybrid opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys analyzing information to determine appropriate next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming legal documents, correspondence, and related materials.
  • Evaluate documentation and make informed determinations regarding required actions and next steps.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all activities, findings, and decisions.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with established guidelines.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding document status and required follow-up.
  • Support ongoing legal and administrative processes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a legal, administrative, compliance, or document review environment preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess information and make sound judgments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic document management systems.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
