As a Licensed Clinician with Thrive Alliance Group, you’ll provide therapeutic services that support the social-emotional and mental health needs of students in K–12 settings. You’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to promote insight, growth, and resilience, helping students overcome challenges that impact their learning and well-being.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field

  • Active New Jersey Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential; LPC or LCSW highly preferred

  • Knowledge of developmental theory, evidence-based interventions, and family systems

  • Strong communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills

  • Commitment to continued professional development and best clinical practices

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions to support student and family growth

  • Provide crisis assessments and interventions during emergent school-day situations

  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including updates for IEPs, I&RS, and 504 plans

  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to provide consultation, clinical insight, and staff support
