About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Jacksonville. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys managing complex litigation matters and playing a key role in case strategy and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery documents
  • Manage case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert witness scheduling
  • Analyze, organize, and summarize medical records, chronologies, claim files, and discovery materials
  • Prepare trial exhibits, witness files, and pre-trial materials
  • Conduct legal research and assist with fact investigations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • Insurance defense experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Florida state court procedures and e-filing
  • Experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management platforms
