Key Responsibilities

As a Production Technician / General Labor Associate, you will:

• Assist with fiberglass manufacturing processes, including preparation and handling of materials

• Perform assembly, trimming, sanding, and finishing of automotive parts

• Load and unload fiberglass components throughout production

• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Support additional general labor and production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, fiberglass, or general labor preferred

• Ability to work night shift schedules (10-hour or 12-hour shifts)

• Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to follow safety standards and production instructions

Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
