About the Role

Office Manager
Location: On-site in Akron (Fridays remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay rate starts at $25/hr DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to senior leadership. This role serves as a key resource for employees, visitors, and vendors while helping maintain an efficient and professional office environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, handles multiple priorities with ease, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including visitor reception, deliveries, office supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate office services such as maintenance, security, shredding, food and beverage services, and other office-related vendors
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation activities
  • Manage office access, security badges, and related administrative processes
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate special projects and provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of office management, administrative, executive assistant, or related experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports required
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented approach

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.50 per hour
