About the Role

Seeking Patient Service Representatives for our client in the following areas: Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Tarzana. Onsite position Monday-Friday. Pay: $25 hr. Apply now!

Seeking a Patient Service Representative to support front office operations in a busy healthcare setting. This role will serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, delivering a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities include
  • greeting patients, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records within an electronic health record system.
  • The position will also manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and support referral and authorization processes across various insurance plans.
  • Additional duties include handling patient and provider correspondence, explaining procedures and services, and ensuring adherence to workplace standards, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Qualified candidates will have experience in a medical office or outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient service best practices.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CS-Link/Epic
  • 1-2 years experience

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
