- The position will also manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and support referral and authorization processes across various insurance plans.

- Qualified candidates will have experience in a medical office or outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient service best practices.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic
- 1-2 years experience
