Our client is seeking a
Part-Time Accounting & Data Entry Clerk to support their accounting team with invoice entry, reconciliations, and a system migration project. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow.
- Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)
- Compensation: $17-$18 per hour
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule- 20-30 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Flexible schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM
Responsibilities- Enter invoices, bills, and vendor information
- Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations
- Support transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online/Sage
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy
- Assist with various accounting projects as needed
Qualifications- Accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience preferred
- Exposure to QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
