Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire Compensation: $23-25/hr Key Responsibilities - Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain client records, files, and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, copying, and data entry.
- Coordinate attorney calendars and provide administrative support as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and professional.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal office, or other professional services environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Experience with legal case management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per year
