About the Role

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire Compensation: $23-25/hr Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain client records, files, and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate attorney calendars and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and professional.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, legal office, or other professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Experience with legal case management software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per year
