About the Role

Department: Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

Location: Greenford (West London)

Contract: Apprenticeship contract (40 hrs/week)

Are you passionate about people, curious about recruitment, and eager to start your career in Talent Acquisition?
We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter Apprentice to join our team and help deliver a professional, candidate-focused recruitment service while gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle.

This apprenticeship aligns with the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, giving you the opportunity to build practical skills in sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates, all while supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team.

As a Recruiter Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and applicant records within our ATS
  • Managing the shared recruitment inbox and responding to queries professionally
  • Conducting initial CV reviews and shortlisting candidates
  • Supporting candidate screening and collecting essential information for progression
  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements, and hiring campaigns

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A genuine interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email management, etc.)

To enrol onto an apprenticeship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • ✔ Have the right to work in the UK
  • ✔ Be 18 years of age or older
  • ✔ Not be enrolled on another government-funded programme
  • ✔ Have lived in the UK for the last 3 year
  • ✔ Hold a visa that allow the required period to complete the apprenticeship - minimum 18 months 
  • ✔ The apprenticeship must improve your skills and support your role or career development
  • ✔ You must not already hold a qualification at the same level in the same subject area
