Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities - Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels.
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through hire.
Qualifications - Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
