NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Remote-Private Cloud Systems Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
This position will perform project engineering and occasional level-3 operations assistance within the NTT Dedicated Cloud Systems Team. This individual will interface directly with internal groups, customers and/or Partners.
Basic Qualifications;
5+ Years of Virtualization, VMware, Private Cloud/Virtualization (vCloud)
5+ Years of Powershell
5+ Years hands on experience of Dell Storage Administration and other Storage platforms.
2+ years experience on Kubernetes.
Job Skills requirements.
- Expert level in VMWare ESXi 6.x. Must go beyond the GUI and understand CLI.
- Experience with Multiple vCenter environments.
- Comfortable in a ESXi Command line and be able to gather data and solve complex issues
- Worked with multiple storage vendors, Compellent, EMC Xtreme IO, Pure Storage.
- Must have strong skills on PowerShell coding techniques.
- Have a very good understanding and working exposure on Kubernetes
- Experience installing and managing Brocade fiber channel products.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Experience installing, configuring and managing blades and their enclosures
- Experienced in updating and installing firmware to all of the above.
- Must be able to understand the interactions of numerous systems and analyze performance data
- Participate in On Call rotation
