Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes to manage residential construction projects from site preparation through final completion. This position is based out of our Vero Beach location and requires hands-on leadership of jobsite operations, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control.

- Designate proper material staging areas

- Posting daily logs with photos
- Updating schedules
- Tracking subcontractor attendance
- Documenting inspections, milestones, and change orders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential construction
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Enforce safety compliance
- Conduct daily site walks and inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Residential Superintendent
- Proven experience managing residential projects start to finish
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Familiarity with Florida building codes and inspections
- Experience with construction management software, Buildertrend preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification preferred
