About the Role

Sales Representative - Commercial Services

I am working with a well-established, locally owned service provider to hire a Sales Representative focused on new business development across the Milwaukee metro area. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting clients, and closing business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Prospect commercial buildings, medical facilities, schools, and construction projects
  • Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, owners, and general contractors
  • Conduct onsite walkthroughs and recommend service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Follow up consistently to close new business
  • Maintain existing accounts and identify additional service opportunities
What They're Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience in facility services, janitorial, construction, or service-based sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can manage time and territory independently
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Uncapped commission + monthly/quarterly bonuses
  • Earnings potential: $80,000 - $120,000+
  • Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick time
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Company phone and laptop
  • Health insurance is not currently offered; benefit plans are expected to be introduced next year
