LHH is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee day-to-day business activities within a fast-paced environment for a client in Plano, TX. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, managing people and processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a variety of operational functions across the organization.
- Drive efficiency, consistency, and execution across multiple work streams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement.
- Analyze business performance and implement actions to improve results.
- Develop and maintain operational standards and best practices.
- Guide teams through changing business priorities while maintaining service and quality expectations.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term objectives.
- Monitor workflow effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Utilize business systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions.
- Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional development.
- Support organizational goals through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Several years of progressive leadership experience in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions and influence positive change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency working with business systems, reporting tools, and operational data.
- Experience leading improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leadership, operations, process improvement, or related business disciplines.
- Experience supporting complex operational environments is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
