About the Role

LHH is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee day-to-day business activities within a fast-paced environment for a client in Plano, TX. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, managing people and processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a variety of operational functions across the organization.
  • Drive efficiency, consistency, and execution across multiple work streams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement.
  • Analyze business performance and implement actions to improve results.
  • Develop and maintain operational standards and best practices.
  • Guide teams through changing business priorities while maintaining service and quality expectations.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term objectives.
  • Monitor workflow effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Utilize business systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions.
  • Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional development.
  • Support organizational goals through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Several years of progressive leadership experience in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and influence positive change.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency working with business systems, reporting tools, and operational data.
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership, operations, process improvement, or related business disciplines.
  • Experience supporting complex operational environments is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
