YOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 5 years' experience in repair and overhaul maintenance within semi-conductor or a related technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of semi-conductor maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using precision hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
- Experience with pick and place machines (example MRSI)
- Familiar with dispense machines
- Experience with auto ball bonding machines (example Palomar)
- Experience with auto wedge bonding machines (example F&K)
- Knowledge of manual bonding machines
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. To be eligible for this position, you must be a US Person under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
WE VALUE- Technical diploma or associate degree in semi-conductor maintenance or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in semi-conductor repair and overhaul maintenance or similar roles.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
