LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a
Staff Accountant role to support financial reporting, account reconciliation activities, and month-end accounting processes. This role offers exposure to complex accounting operations, financial analysis, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to support business operations and regulatory requirements
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers
- Participate in system enhancement, testing, and implementation projects related to financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 0-1 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- CPA designation or progress toward certification is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
