Supply Chain Analyst
Please note that this job is PART-TIME and HYBRID. You will work approximately 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You will be required to work onsite in Boulder, CO 3 days per week of your choosing. You may work from home the other days.LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading distribution company to fill their open Supply Chain Analyst job in Boulder, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last at least until February 2027. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this may be extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company.
Responsibilities:
-Monitoring and tracking all customer orders in the database
-Manually entering orders as needed
-Monitoring inboxes for customer service inquiries and new orders
-Tracking and resolving past due orders
-Confirming shipments of orders with customers
-Working with the Sales team to research and resolve any order/shipment issues
-Running reports
-Communicating order shortages and/or delivery delays to customers
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience in supply chain & logistics
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Advanced Excel skills preferred: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $22.00 and $25.00
-This role is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week and will not be eligible for LHH's benefits programs
Schedule
-Monday through Friday
-Approximately 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM but hours may fluctuate depending on business needs
-3 days required onsite of your choosing
