Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Hybrid)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a contract basis in the north side of Indianapolis. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys connecting with candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and creative outreach techniques
• Conduct first-round phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with internal team members to understand hiring priorities and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized records throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of high-volume sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proven experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify talent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think outside the box and implement creative sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
• Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Remote work Tuesday and Friday
Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
