About the Role

Work type: Full time, 4 days onsite/1 day remote, contract 6 months Compensation: $22-23/hr
Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
  • Support and execute effective, fair, and inclusive recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to align with job requirements
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling, materials, and interview guides
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience); PHR/SPHR preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing, or Human Resources with full-cycle recruiting exposure
  • Experience in a corporate or blended corporate/agency recruiting environment preferred
  • Strong ability to partner with business leaders and provide consultative recruiting support
  • Proven sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Highly proactive, results-driven, and able to operate with urgency
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proactive sourcing tools preferred
Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
