Responsibilities - Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
- Support and execute effective, fair, and inclusive recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to align with job requirements
- Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling, materials, and interview guides
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience); PHR/SPHR preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing, or Human Resources with full-cycle recruiting exposure
- Experience in a corporate or blended corporate/agency recruiting environment preferred
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and provide consultative recruiting support
- Proven sourcing and screening capabilities
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and able to operate with urgency
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proactive sourcing tools preferred
Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
