Our client is seeking a Temporary Recruiter for a short-term assignment in Mason, Ohio. This role will support high-volume hiring needs and partner closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent. The ideal candidate has prior recruiting experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Mason, Ohio
Pay: $28-$35/hour
Job Type: Temporary / Short-Term Assignment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, first shift
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or agency environment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
