About the Role
Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Direct Hire Compensation: $140-$165k/year Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Options, 401k match Options, PTO/Sick Time Location: Tampa, FL 33607 Responsibilities
Lead HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and service delivery.
Oversee HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics tools, including system selection, implementation, and optimization.
Drive operational excellence by improving HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, HR policies, and data governance requirements.
Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive program administration.
Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership on turnover, trends, and HR initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop HR operations teams, managers, and HR centers of excellence.
Partner with executive leadership to align HR operations with organizational goals and employee experience strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Strong background in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR technology.
Proven leadership experience managing HR teams and developing talent.
Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and risk management.
Experience with organizational development, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and effectively partner with executive leadership.
Must be comfortable working 100% onsite (non-negotiable).
Demonstrated executive presence, resilience, and ability to navigate challenging personalities and high-accountability environments.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
