Description Vandenberg, The Townhouse Experts, is seeking a Director of Listing Leads.
This is a performance-based, not a salaried position. We are looking for someone who can help organize and scale a business built on 36 years of relationships, reputation, ideas, and opportunities.
We specialized in Manhattan townhouses, with an average of over $6M per sale. If building something meaningful excites you more than maintaining something predictable, we'd like to hear from you. This is a commission-based, not a salaried job.
You are a builder. You see systems everywhere and instinctively improve them. You may be an operations leader tired of salary ceilings and ready for performance-based upside.
- Work independently and take ownership
- Are fluent (or at least comfortable) with AI, CRM Database, Excel, and Dropbox
- Push back thoughtfully when something doesn't make sense
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute, test, and scale ideas
- Are excited by big opportunities - like building a broader "townhouse platform."
