A physician-led occupational health practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician for a Medical Director role that combines direct patient care with leadership and quality improvement.This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or call.Compensation includes a $20,000 bonus , monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses, and an $8,000 leadership stipend .The base salary range is $280,000 to $348,000 annually , depending on experience, training, location, and seniority.
