About the Role

Job Title

What success looks like in this role:

a) Plan and execute the management of requirements/business rules. b) Apply the most appropriate techniques for eliciting requirements to the business model and profiles of business requirement/business rule providers. c) Obtain an understanding of business needs and elicit functional and non-functional requirements from Business Managers, Product Owners, and other providers of requirements/business rules. d) Build and maintain, with support from Requirements Analysts, the plans and other artifacts of the requirements discipline related to the role, in accordance with the current methodology. e) Guide team members on understanding software requirements and definitions for the management of requirements and business rules, such as attributes and traceability needs. f) Support Requirements Analysts and other team members in requirements activities and internal and business manager approvals. g) Guide team members on understanding the definitions for the performance of requirements activities.

Skills and knowledge: a) Have oral and written communication skills to collect inputs and report effectively on the progress and results of their activities. b) Possess the ability to work in a team, demonstrating good relationship, empathy, tolerance, and collaboration. c) Be organized and know how to self-manage time and activities. d) Be proactive and able to make timely decisions in their context of action. e) Be able to work under pressure. f) Be a good facilitator and articulator with stakeholders, able to conduct meetings and clearly guide other team members in understanding the artifacts and information generated by their discipline activities. g) Be proactive regarding business needs and processes and strategies for requirements. h) Have knowledge of the business domains involved in the solutions of item 2. i) Have technology knowledge so that the requirements specifications are compatible with the current architecture. j) Be able to identify and understand the need, key problem, or opportunity to be realized, being analytical regarding possible solutions. k) Have mastery of the requirements management process. l) Know how to apply techniques for eliciting requirements, such as brainstorming, questionnaires, interviews, observation, prototyping, workshops, diagramming, knowing how to guide the requirements provider to formulate their need precisely. m) Have knowledge of BPMN notation. n) Be able to perform internal scenario analysis to define best practices. o) Know how to develop proofs of concept according to the internal scenario. p) Have knowledge of development in the structured and object-oriented paradigms. q) Have knowledge of software development life cycles: Waterfall, Iterative/incremental, and Agile. r) Know how to develop UML diagrams. s) Have knowledge in data modeling. t) Be able to perform test analysis.

Desirable:

Have knowledge of accounting and function point counting.

Mandatory certifications (at least one of the following or equivalent): a) IREB (International Requirements Engineering Board) - CPRE – FL (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level). b) CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) c) PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner Level I)

Desired certifications: d) IREB CPRE RE@Agile. e) IREB Requirements Elicitation. f) IREB Requirements Modeling. g) IREB Requirements Management. h) CBPA (Certified Business Process Associate).

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Graduation in a higher education course in the field of Information Technology of at least 360 hours. b) Graduation in any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate degree (specialization, master's or doctorate) in the field of Information Technology of at least 360 hours. Between 2 years and 4 years of experience.
