As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a team to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days after for the first 90 days of working on-site.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - 3 -5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
- 3 -5 years of experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
WE VALUE - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing and new product introduction.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.

- Project management skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCYThe annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $126,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
