About the Role

As an CNC Operator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. You will ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications, and you will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and on time. Your expertise in CNC machining will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality products
  • Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Use of measuring and machining tools (such as micrometer and caliper)

This role will support 4th Shift*
Monday & Friday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday - 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
This position is onsite, in Minneapolis. Relocation assistance support provided for eligible candidates
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years experience working on 3- axis CNC machining and assembly OR equivalent schooling
  • Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines
  • An ability to support 4th shift hours, not including any mandated over -time. Please note training may take place on a different shift

  • Experience working on 4-Axis CNC machines

HOURLY RATE
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $36.49 per hour, not including any shift differential.
