About the Role
Salt Creek Capital is seeking an experienced operating executive to join the firm as an Executive Partner. The executive will evaluate acquisition opportunities and oversee them as President & CEO post-close. As CEO of acquired entities, you will manage the full P&L, develop the growth strategy, and provide operational management.
CEOs will report to and participate on the Company’s board of directors. You will drive profitability, lead turnarounds when needed, and build high-performing teams
