About the Role
Coast seeks a VP, People to build and run the company’s People function, spanning Operations, Total Rewards, Talent, and Culture. You’ll partner with the executive team on org design and leadership development to scale Coast as it grows from two offices to a multi-state footprint.
You will own compensation philosophy, equity strategy, benefits, and performance processes, while ensuring compliance and a strong, inclusive culture across New York and Utah.
