Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (8 Hour Shift with 1 Hour Lunch Break)

Pay Scale: $34.00 to $42.00 per hour based on experience

As a Senior Masonry Foreman & Lead Installer, you will play a pivotal role in project completion, leading a talented team of craftspeople to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Your attention to detail and proactive leadership will be critical to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Installation: Install brick, block, and stone with proper layout, spacing, and elevations according to engineering plans and architectural drawings.
  • Crew Leadership and Development: Monitor attendance, morale, and skill sets of the crew, while allocating daily and general project responsibilities.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train field workers, apprentices, and tradespeople in trade techniques and jobsite safety.
  • Resource Management: Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment resources are adequate for scheduled project milestones.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Guarantee all safety precautions, OSHA rules, and quality craft standards are met and maintained on site.
  • Equipment Oversight: Supervise the operation, maintenance, and safe utilization of jobsite machinery and equipment.
  • Budgetary Control: Monitor jobsite expenditures to ensure project execution remains strictly within budget parameters.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve field conflicts, structural challenges, and site problems as they arise.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to project managers, engineers, clients, and other key stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Industry Tenure: 5 plus years of professional masonry construction experience preferred.
  • Technical Craftsmanship: Expertise in laying brick, block, and natural stone with precise layout, spacing, and elevation accuracy.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job, including operating heavy machinery and handling heavy stone, block, and brick materials.
  • Operational Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail combined with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively manage field crews and interact with engineers and architects.
  • Logistics Infrastructure: Valid state driver license.

Compensation & Benefits
