Location: Virtual. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. The GBD Operations Analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting, and coordinating the resolution of escalated and/or complex claims issues for the Health Plan and requires expert knowledge of all systems, tools, and processes.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of claims research and/or issue resolution or analysis of reimbursement methodologies within the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $26.08/hr to $32.60/hr.
