Job Overview
Blade Construction LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team on a long-term marine construction project running through 2027.This role will primarily involve operating a 700-class bulldozer, with opportunities to run other large equipment such as 300+ class excavators and marsh buggies.We are looking for a teammate with a positive attitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to jobsite safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment with precision and care on marine and heavy civil construction sites.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and communicate with supervisors and mechanics to maintain equipment performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to protect personnel and property.
- Work under direction from field supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with other labor or equipment-related tasks when needed to ensure project progress.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits on all job sites.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction site.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Schedule
Full-Time: Monday-Friday
Overtime available based on project needs
Occasional weekend work depending on job schedule
