NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Middleware Integration Developer to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
The Middleware Integration developer is primarily responsible for developing and debugging integration of Genesis contact center telephony with CRM application.
The Integration Developer:
1. Designs, develops, and implements integration projects. Leverages integration tools to enable enterprise applications. Works independently or with a team to gather and interpret integration specifications, data requirements, and data mappings. Analyzes and tunes integrations to optimize performance and reliability.
2. Attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong "Hands on" experiencing in prototype design
4. Experience in version control tools (GIT)
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong Middleware integration developer must have 5 ~ 7 years IT experience.
Must have Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of Integration development using any of the integration tools (Any one of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Boomi, IBM Websphere)
Prototype designing, developing, maintaining reports.
Must have 3+ years of development experience APIs and Microservices.
Must have 3+ years of experience in integrating Telephony systems (Genesis contact center) and CRM systems (Sugar or Salesforce)
3 ~ 5 years of strong hands on experience working with user interface development
Expert in writing SQL .
Experience in Java Full Stack .Two or more years of experience being able to map design documents and solutions that match the business requirements.Ability to complete solid unit testing on your own work.Ability to create requirement documents, tech specs, unit test results, estimation documents, road maps, and architecture diagrams.Ability to analyze requirements and direct to an appropriate solution that will fit within a reasonable technical maintainable design.Educational qualifications and overall experience : 1.Bachelor degree in computer science or Information Systems or related field. 2.
Minimum 7 years of overall hands on middleware integration development experience
