NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Senior Leader of Consulting Engagements for: Blueprint, Roadmap, Health Check, Lightning, Governance, and Org Consolidation
Configuration of technical frameworks to meet assessment requirements, including but not limited to Salesforce
Research and maintaining best practices on document repositories
Internal and External customer communication used to gather, guide, and document project and program requirements and expected results
Delivery of optimized analytics data solutions built on Salesforce platform using Einstein Discovery
Provide best practices/expertise in architecting data solutions, design patterns, and cross platform integrations for data sources
Create highly configurable dynamic dashboards and Einstein Analytics apps on the Salesforce platform
Work with business to capture requirements and refinements to Einstein dashboards and reports
The Salesforce Consultant has hands on experience implementing Salesforce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, and business stakeholders during the consulting phase.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
5+ years of experience understanding of the various Salesforce data models and specific functionality within the different Cloud products
3+ years of experience analyzing large and diverse data sets, with ability to communicate meaning of data and impact to forecasting and predictions to both business and technical resources
5+ years of experience coding with SOQL on Salesforce platform
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce security models and impact this presents upon EA dashboards and applications
5+ years of experience configuration on the platform, to include triggers, apex, process builder and flows
2+ years of experience on lightning
Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 40%. Preferred location is East coast or Midwest.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Experience with Tableau, Qlik, and similar tools
Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certification is a plus
Hands on coding experience in various SQL type languages on Oracle, MySQL and related platforms
Lightning component builds and/or migration
