We are currently seeking a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
Responsibilities:
- The Healthcare Business Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and provide advice and consultative services for topics related to the medical claim adjudication systems. The role actively participates on numerous cross-functional teams and projects.
- The Healthcare Business Systems Analyst will utilize in-depth expertise and experience in the industry, and client operations of medical claims administration.
- This role incorporates oversight of large and complex client engagements, as well as interaction with client business owners, up to and including senior-level management. A high aptitude to manage critical projects is expected. The role may allocate some work to others.
Required skills:
- 3-5 years' experience with Medical claim adjudication systems.
- 3-5 years' experience with Healthcare audit practices and processes, such as SSAE, MAR, and HEDIS.
- 1- 3 years of internal and external compliance requirements.
- 1-3 years of project management skills is required.
