The Workday Cutover Lead is a seniorlevel expert responsible for orchestrating a highly complex, enterprise cutover from Oracle HCM to Workday HCM, including Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.This role owns the endtoend cutover strategy, execution, and governance for a yearend transition, managing a parallel "dualsystem" period where Oracle and Workday run concurrently.The engagement requires a meticulous, handson leader who has successfully executed multiple Workday cutovers in large, global environments, including mid-year or yearend payroll scenarios, multisystem integrations, and auditsensitive transitions.
