The Opportunity:

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Install, repair, and service residential stairlifts and mobility equipment in full compliance with safety standards.
- Perform detailed technical diagnostics to resolve mechanical and electrical obstacles efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with residential clients to explain equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Manage daily field assignments across assigned territories while maintaining precise project timelines.
- Collaborate with field operations leaders to ensure all installations meet strict quality guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise and care on every project to elevate client satisfaction and independence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid, active New Hampshire Elevator Mechanic License.
- Proven background working in field operations within residential or mechanical service environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to perform on-site service and installations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read equipment schematics and technical guides.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds alone and work on a construction site
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in elevator or lift mechanism servicing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience installing or servicing residential stairlifts and accessability equipment.
- Massachusetts, Vermont, and/or Rhode Island Elevator Mechanic License
