The Opportunity:

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Direct daily field operations and lead crew members to ensure heavy civil projects are completed on schedule.
- Interpret complex blueprints and site plans to guide daily excavation, grading, and utility workflows autonomously.
- Manage high-value heavy equipment and optimize on-site material placement to maintain strict quality standards.
- Lead by example on-site, fostering strong team cohesion, clear communication, and high workplace morale.
- Make proactive, real-time decisions on-site to overcome daily logistical challenges and avoid costly project delays.
- Maintain strict adherence to site safety guidelines and maintain accurate daily field reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record leading field crews and running site operations on heavy civil earthwork projects.
- Demonstrated ability to hand-read project plans, run equipment, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with workers, clients, and managers.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of related work experience in heavy civil, excavation, or site development construction.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
