The Opportunity:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of high-impact heavy civil, industrial, and municipal infrastructure projects. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Oversee site operations across complex bridge, water treatment, and renewable energy builds.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure strict adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain safety standards.
- Track project progress, resource allocation, and material management to control costs.
- Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to drive outcomes.
- Utilize dedicated tech packages to streamline job site reporting and workflow tracking.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge of construction principles.
- Ability to work onsite and manage day-to-day heavy civil construction activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a field setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 2+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or industrial construction.
- Familiarity with safety compliance, project scheduling, and structural engineering workflows.
