The Opportunity

How You Will Make an Impact
- Oversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, government projects and interior renovations valued between $1 million and $10 million.
- Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure precise, high-quality field execution.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and owners to keep critical project schedules strictly on track.
- Serve as a direct face of the company to owners, demonstrating deep technical knowledge and driving strong client relationships.
- Manage construction workflows using modern computer software and digital communication tools.
- Enforce rigorous safety and quality assurance protocols across all active job sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience managing field construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, government projects and interior renovation construction projects in the 1M–10M range.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on complex architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Proven computer literacy and experience using technology for project communication and schedule management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Must reside within a 1-hour commute of the Warrensville Heights, OH office.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior supervisory experience on federal or government-contracted job sites.
- Active OSHA certifications, Fall Protection, or Lift operation training credentials.
- Strong team mentality with desire to grow within the company
