Drive Commercial Design/Build Sales Across Texas Financial Institutions
Location: Remote within Texas; extensive field travel required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus commission
Earning Potential: Performance-based; total compensation will exceed the stated range based on sales production
Territory: Texas with potential travel into surrounding Southwestern markets

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to grow relationships with community banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions throughout Texas.
This is a relationship-driven, field-based sales role involving long sales cycles, executive-level presentations, extensive travel, and the development of multi-million-dollar design/build opportunities. The successful candidate will be comfortable building relationships with presidents, CEOs, senior executives, and boards of directors and will understand that major financial-institution projects can require significant relationship development before closing.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business with community banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with presidents, CEOs, senior executives, and boards of directors.
- Present our company's commercial design/build capabilities and project solutions to executive decision-makers.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, industry associations, targeted outreach, and direct business development.
- Work with our internal telemarketing and marketing resources on qualified introductions and appointments.
- Manage a long-cycle consultative sales process from initial relationship development through contract award.
- Travel throughout Texas for meetings, presentations, networking events, and relationship development.
- Maintain consistent field activity and an active territory-development schedule.
- Partner with operations and construction teams to transition sold work successfully.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas resident.
- Proven B2B sales experience involving complex, relationship-driven solutions.
- Experience selling products or services to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to sell directly to executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong professional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 2–3 nights per week initially, primarily by vehicle.
- Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory and maintain consistent field activity.
- Ability to fully meet the time, travel, and performance requirements of a full-time sales position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with community banks and/or credit unions in Texas.
- Experience selling banking equipment, security/CCTV solutions, technology, professional services, or other products/services directly to financial institutions.
- Commercial design/build or construction sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with long sales cycles involving capital projects or other significant investments.
- Experience with ACT softwares.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$90,000 base salary plus commission.
