The Opportunity

Schwartz Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our front-office team.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping customers, stays organized in a busy office environment, and can handle multiple administrative responsibilities throughout the day. Previous dispatching experience especially in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home-service industry is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information.
• Respond to emails and general customer inquiries.
• Assist with basic administrative and front-office tasks.
• Communicate appointment and service information clearly with customers and team members.
• Help coordinate technician schedules and dispatching when needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
• Support the office team with additional administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and performing data entry.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Highly Preferred:

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another service-based industry.
• Previous front-office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
