Facility Innovations Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Tempe, AZ. This position is essential to keeping commercial construction projects running smoothly by ensuring field crews have the right materials, tools, and equipment when they need them.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Receive incoming deliveries, verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders, and report shortages or damaged items.
- Label, organize, and properly store construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Pull, prepare, and stage materials for upcoming projects based on pick lists and field crew schedules.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Track tools and equipment as they are checked in and out, identifying items requiring maintenance or repair.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine cycle counts.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Coordinator, foremen, and project managers to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and consistently use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You Bring to the Team
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or inventory management preferred.
- Previous experience handling construction materials or electrical supplies is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, bending, walking, and moving materials throughout the workday.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and inventory tracking or scanning systems.
- Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with warehouse and field personnel.
