The Opportunity
You will serve as a key technical expert within our Property Maintenance Division, delivering high-quality electrical solutions to multi-family and commercial properties. This role empowers you to troubleshoot, install, and maintain complex electrical systems while directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. How You Will Make an Impact
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems across multi-family and commercial sites in compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to service calls and work orders to diagnose complex electrical issues and execute preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, layouts, and schematics to execute accurate repairs and installations.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical components, including wiring, circuits, breakers, lighting systems, and low-voltage systems.
- Utilize hand tools, testing instruments, voltmeters, and diagnostic equipment to perform safe, efficient electrical tasks.
- Prepare accurate bids and estimates for electrical work orders to support project planning and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines and local building regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Florida licensure preferred).
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in multi-family or commercial environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical troubleshooting, NEC requirements, and reading complex blueprints.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience installing and maintaining low-voltage electrical systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and advanced diagnostic tools for complex electrical environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, for estimating and work order preparation.
