The Opportunity
You will serve as a key technician maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems across multi-family communities and commercial properties. This role gives you the independence to manage service calls in the field with full support from our dedicated dispatch team. How You Will Make an Impact
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair split-system heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment.
- Execute service tickets independently while maintaining regular communication with our central dispatch team.
- Utilize company-provided iPads and iPhones to complete job documentation and manage daily schedules.
- Process electronic client payments, organize inventory, and complete required service paperwork accurately.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation to deliver emergency evening and weekend service support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing company values professionally on every property call.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC service, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience specific to multi-family and/or commercial projects.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proven experience servicing split-system units within multi-family housing or apartment complexes.
- Possession and maintenance of personal HVAC trade tools and gauges.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Active NATE certification.
- Experience diagnosing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
