The Opportunity
You will serve as a skilled technical professional executing high-quality HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades across commercial and multi-family properties. How You Will Make an Impact
- Install, replace, and upgrade commercial and multi-family HVAC equipment according to plans and schematics.
- Execute precise troubleshooting across split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and refrigeration units.
- Fabricate and route ductwork systems while installing digital thermostats and system plumbing components.
- Utilize specialized tools, ohmmeters, and welding equipment to perform accurate system connections.
- Maintain accurate digital work logs, inventory details, and project documentation on company tablets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional trade partners and property managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Enforce strict OSHA guidelines and company safety regulations to maintain clean, organized job sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, specifically multi-family and/or commercial projects.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Demonstrated proficiency installing split systems, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blue prints accurately.
- Possession and maintenance of personal HVAC tools and gauges.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics and crawlspaces.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Strong background in multi-family housing projects or commercial HVAC installations.
- Experience with boilers, heating systems, or ammonia refrigeration.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook and company iPads for daily field documentation.
