The Opportunity
You will serve as the operational backbone of our field operations, ensuring skilled trades teams have the materials and equipment needed to succeed every day. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of shop organization, fabrication prep, and job site deliveries across Calgary. How You Will Make an Impact
- Coordinate material staging, receiving, packing, and unpacking to maintain an organized and efficient central shop.
- Execute precise cutting and threading of steel pipe to supply gasline installation projects accurately.
- Transport and deliver critical plumbing and gasfitting materials to active residential job sites on schedule.
- Maintain inventory visibility by verifying incoming supplier shipments and promptly reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness, safe tool storage, and organized equipment staging.
- Communicate proactively with project managers and field plumbers to prioritize urgent job site material requests.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Valid standard driver's license with a clean driving record and confidence operating large cargo or delivery vehicles.
- Physical capability to lift, load, and maneuver materials and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Practical experience or strong aptitude for operating shop machinery, including steel pipe cutting and threading tools.
- Proven track record of dependable punctuality, time management, and self-directed productivity.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or construction warehouse or trade delivery environment.
- Familiarity with residential plumbing fittings, gasfitting components, and hydronic heating materials.
- Experience operating material-handling equipment safely.
