The Opportunity
You will lead frontline field technicians in delivering critical fire protection and life-safety service operations across Anaheim. This role empowers you to mentor service technicians, uphold rigorous craftsmanship standards, and ensure installations protect lives and property every day. You will direct field crews with the full support of an organization that takes life safety personally.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise, schedule, and direct field technicians across active fire alarm service, inspection, and maintenance assignments.
- Enforce strict adherence to NFPA standards, OSHA jobsite safety regulations, and regional building codes.
- Conduct regular jobsite safety meetings, audits, and quality control inspections to ensure code compliance.
- Mentor and train field technicians on technical troubleshooting, device installation, and craftsmanship standards.
- Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite schedules to satisfy customer deadlines.
- Serve as the primary field liaison between technicians, project managers, and clients to resolve scope changes.
- Ensure thorough and prompt submission of daily field logs, service tickets, and incident documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on field experience servicing fire alarm or related life-safety systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with prior experience supervising field personnel and delegating project tasks.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and system specifications.
- Proven familiarity with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and OSHA jobsite safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Active NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems or Special Hazards Systems (or willingness to obtain).
- Formal technical training or vocational coursework in fire protection and life-safety systems.
- Experience utilizing digital mobile field applications, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office tools.
